The research aims to determine the risk factors associated with workplace violence and harassment at the Arenales Camp of the Paute Mazar hydroelectric power plant. Data on workers' perceptions were collected through direct observation and surveys, while a questionnaire was used to assess risks related to workplace violence and harassment with a sample of 50 workers. The study revealed that the relationship between workplace violence and harassment risks had a minimal impact on safety and health, with no immediate detrimental effects. It was concluded that regular monitoring of the frequency and likelihood of these risks can prevent their occurrence and, in case of occupational disease, measures will be taken to maintain the current level.
