Entrepreneurship is the process of identifying, developing and carrying out a business idea with the aim of creating a new company or project. The research objective is to propose the PHVA management tool for strengthening entrepreneurship. The research was carried out using a documentary description, based on a bibliographic design. Applying the PHVA matrix in ventures makes it possible to establish a continuous cycle of improvement that strengthens all aspects of the business. Entrepreneurship generates various consequences on the financial, social and ecological environment, the problem is that financially it benefits only the partners and although it has positive externalities such as the generation of employment, source of income for families, it also has adverse results for human beings that are more visible in the environmental aspect.
