Abstract

The aim is to analyse cyberbullying as a social legal problem. For data collection, 13 scientific articles published in peer-reviewed indexed journals were selected, ensuring the quality and relevance of the sources. Cyberbullying is revealed as a legal and social problem that requires a multifaceted response, integrating legal reforms, emotional education, and public policies aimed at the protection of the most vulnerable. Evidence suggests that, although normative advances exist, important gaps persist that limit the effectiveness of measures against cyberbullying, especially in contexts such as that of young migrants, the influence of factors such as family polyvictimisation and the lack of unification in research approaches underline the need for more robust and coherent preventive strategies.
